Cancellation Policy
Please note, there will be a 3.5% charge on all card purchases! Bring cash if you wish to avoid this. No checks.
No extra visitors at your appointments, this includes children.
BOOKING APPOINTMENTS: You have access to my online booking system at all times. When scheduling an appointment you have to enter a valid card to save on file. YOU ARE NOT CHARGED! I also don’t have access to your card info. When you come you can choose to pay with cash, the card on file or a different card of your choosing.
CANCELATION POLICY: I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any cancellations/reschedules with less than 48 hours notice. Please cancel in advance or notify me at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
RESCHEDULING: You will be charged 100% of the service charge if you reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment. To maintain my schedule with fairness, rescheduling is permitted only once, after that a new deposit is required.
NO CALL/NO SHOW POLICY: No call/no shows will be charged the full amount of the balance due for their service booked. Failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment will be treated as a no call/no show & you will be charged the full price of the service. No calls and no shows will be required to pay in full at booking for any future appointments.
LATE POLICY: To ensure I service clients in a timely manner I ask that you arrive to your appointment on time. Please do not show up to your appointment 15-20 minutes early because I have other clients as well. After a 10-minute grace period, an additional $10 late fee will be applied to your total price of service(s). After 20 minutes, your deposit will be forfeited & your appointment will be cancelled & treated as a no call/no show (see policy). You will be required to schedule a new appointment. If there is an extreme emergency, exceptions may be made to any of the above policies.
REFUND: All services rendered & transactions are non-refundable. If for any reason at all you are not satisfied with your service(s), please let me know before leaving your appointment or you can alert me to any issues within 24 hours of your most recent appointment.
LASH FILLS: I have two fill options for each type of lashes (classic/hybrid/volume) which are 1-14 days after your last appointment, and 15-21 days after your last appointment. With either option you must have at least 40% of lashes remaining otherwise it will be a full set charge. Please schedule the correct lash fill (or full set if less than 40% left) otherwise I may not have time to give you the correct service as each of these require different time slots. 15-21 fill is only recommended to those who have a lot of natural lashes, wear little to no make up, do not have oily skin, sleep on their backs and do not pick/pull or touch lashes. All others normally require a fill at 14 days.
I am extremely busy and booked out at least two weeks in advance so please schedule your appointments accordingly. I cannot squeeze you in when given only a few days-a week notice. Anything past 21 days is automatically a full set and needs to be booked accordingly.
AFTER HOURS/DAY OFF APPOINTMENTS: If I am fully booked, or you are looking to book an appointment after hours or on my day off, I will now be offering appointments after hours upon request. These appointments are based on my availability and will be charged an additional $30. You may contact me for requests, and I will personally schedule your appointment.
My policies are non-negotiable and apply to each client so please read this thoroughly before scheduling. By booking a service with me you have read & agreed to the terms listed above and understand all fees and policies stated.

PRE/POST SPRAY TAN INSTRUCTIONS Understanding these instructions are crucial to ensure a flawless tan You can wear whatever you feel comfortable in during the tan whether this is nothing at all, swimsuit, bra/underwear, and I also have disposable strapless bras and thongs. I do spray you myself (not a booth) and this is a no judgement zone!
DAY BEFORE TAN: Shower, shave, and exfoliate at least 8 hours prior to spray tanning. Do not use lotion and make sure to get all residue off from soaps and your razors moisture strip.
DAY OF TAN: No lotion, deodorant, perfume, or make up at this creates a barrier on the skin. Wear black(or old) LOOSE fitting clothing(NO LEGGINGS!) after your appointment. Avoid sweating and water until your first rinse. This will cause streaks and unevenness. (We will advise when to first rinse based on your customized tan) Don’t forget your jacket and umbrella if it is raining!
FIRST RINSE: For your first rinse, use only lukewarm water. NO soaps or shampoo for this rinse. Do not shave or wash your hair. No wash cloth, run your hands all over body to remove bronzers. Shower until water runs clear at the bottom of shower as this means bronzers are removed. Pat dry
MAINTAINING YOUR TAN: Lukewarm quick showers, no hot baths. Pat dry. No swimming in chlorine or the ocean, and no hot tubs. NO bath and body works/Victoria secret lotion as this dries out the skin. No oils! Moisturize daily. When shaving, lightly push the razor down to help from stripping the tan. If possible, shave less frequently to prolong tan. Schedule pedicures at least 24 hours before your spray tan and NOT while you have the tan on. When you are ready to remove tan, lay in a hot bath, then exfoliate(even regular sugar works!) Acknowledge that some fabrics may stain from the spray tanning solution before your first rinse including clothing, car seats, and furniture. Use caution.
